My products were not made according to my instructions, and I've already paid 30%. What can I do?

The most obvious choice here is not proceed with the order . However I would also try one last throw of the dice with the supplier, inform them of your unhappiness in relation to the order and because you have paid 30% already, try to negotiate that they ship 30% of the goods first. Then if the goods are in a sellable condition you will be back for the rest.
